To all our clients and their families
We are working in unprecedented times. Covid 19 has required us to rearrange how we will continue to support our clients, their families and our staff in a changing environment of taking necessary precautions for health and safety.
We wish to assure you that we are still working on your behalf and we are here to serve you and your families. We will continue to progress and look after all ongoing and priority cases. In the interest of public and staff safety, we are adopting a policy of working behind closed doors. We are still available for consultations by phone or email but will not be scheduling any physical meetings for the time being. If you need to drop any documents to the office please confirm to us if you have dropped documents into our post box alternatively if you need to hand-deliver information by necessity, please knock on the door and a member of staff will meet you to take the documents from you.
Property and Banking
We are still dealing with all your property and banking requirements and will continue to do so from onsite and with remote working.
Wills and Estate Planning
The current climate has focused minds on ensuring Wills and personal affairs are in order. We are working with our clients and their families to ensure Wills are put in place in a timely manner with adhering to social distancing protocols. We will arrange telephone consultations and virtual meetings via Skype to take instructions as well as using email if that is suitable to take instructions to support senior clients in particular. We have policies and protocols to support signing Wills, putting a Power of Attorney or an Enduring Power of Attorney in place. We will agree with each client on a case to case basis the process that will best support them on a case to case basis.
